Finds embedded Vimeo and sends a selected download to a local yt-dlp and FFmpeg helper.

Vimeo Pocket detects embedded Vimeo players on the active web page and sends selected downloads to a local helper running on your computer. Choose an available resolution to save video with audio as MP4, or download audio as MP3. The download queue shows progress and diagnostic logs, and lets you cancel tasks, retry failed or cancelled downloads, and remove completed items from the list. Downloading requires a separately installed local helper with yt-dlp and FFmpeg. Installation instructions cover Windows, macOS and Linux. Files are saved in your Downloads/Vimeo Pocket folder. No account is required. The extension has no advertising or publisher analytics. Queue data and logs are stored locally for the current Chrome session. Language and concurrency preferences are stored locally. Download availability depends on the video owner's settings and Vimeo's response.
