Understood and followed every instruction (Chrome), but could never connect to my appointment. Errors and automatically closes. Never got the extension to work.

NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH PROVIDERS WHO ARE TREATING PATIENTS. DOESN'T WORK. EVEN AFTER INSTALLED SOFTWARE AND PLUGIN. COULDN'T CONNECT. USE ZOOM
