Vidyard - Screen Recorder & Screen Capture

I tried to use the app but it is not showing any image. I can see the volume going up and down but there is no video.

Hello, I made my test video and sent it to my business email to test it. It showd up in my email but only as a link. One has to tap on the link to see the video. That seems like an extra step. I am wondering if people find that irritating or it is just how this process works. Also, I would like to send video messages to my clients.
