The product was bad when it was first released. But as time gets better and better The team has been working hard to update the product's features to solve the problem

I'm having the same problem where it is asking to always install the extension and it seems to be because I am using Chrome browser (obviously) AND a custom CNAME URL. This extension only works IF you are using the vidthere URL. You can't add your custom CNAME to the extension "approved" URL's. That needs to be fixed ASAP! They recommend you use Mozilla to do screen share and the site is super slow in Mozilla for some odd reason. Needs to be addressed soon. I'll change my review if they fix t... Show more

I have two screens. If I want to share the second screen the extension crashes. Not exactly a good thing to happen during a webinar.

It is easy and helpful, just what I needed!
