Save the videos you want to watch again with vidolet, a free video downloader for Chrome. No account or subscription is needed. Open a page with a video, start playback, then click the vidolet icon. Choose a detected video and an available quality. For supported HLS videos, vidolet prepares the file first so you can save it when it is ready. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find supported videos on the page you are viewing. • Choose from the qualities provided by the source. • Save direct MP4 video and M4A audio files. • Prepare supported HLS videos as MP4 or MKV, depending on the source. • Keep your downloads together in one tab, with separate preparation progress. • Save ready videos to one chosen folder, one by one using their titles, or save them individually. • Choose your HLS file name before saving. • Save a prepared HLS file again while the download tab remains open. • Use light or dark mode, with your system theme as the default. HOW TO USE 1. Play a video on its original page. 2. Open vidolet from the Chrome toolbar and choose Download. 3. Follow your videos in the download list. Keep the tab open while they are prepared. 4. Click Save to save a single video. To save all ready videos, click Save ready videos, then Choose folder in the save window. Select a folder once; the videos are saved there one by one using their titles. SUPPORTED CONTENT vidolet supports direct MP4 and M4A files and compatible HLS video on demand. It does not support YouTube downloads, DRM-protected content, SAMPLE-AES, DASH or live streams. Not every website or video can be downloaded.
