Live transcription and translation for your Google Meet calls, powered by VIDEO.TAXI SPEECH. The SPEECH Meet Bridge streams the audio of a running Google Meet session straight into a VIDEO.TAXI SPEECH room, where speech is transcribed in real time and translated on request. You join the meeting as usual while the bridge runs in the background. FEATURES • Audio of all participants straight from the Meet tab, no extra software or virtual audio device • Your own microphone is included, so your voice is part of the transcript too • Follows the mute state in Meet: when you are muted in Meet, your microphone is not sent • Live level meters for Meet audio and microphone • Transcript preview right in the popup • Pick a speech session or create a new one, including translation languages • Open the live transcript full screen with one click • Works with the installed Google Meet app too: start via keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+V) or right-click • If the meeting opens in a new tab, move the bridge there with one click • Automatic reconnect on network issues • Fully bilingual: German and English HOW IT WORKS 1. Create an API key in your VIDEO.TAXI account and add it to the extension 2. Join Google Meet 3. In the meeting tab, open the extension, choose session and language, click “Start bridge” REQUIREMENTS A VIDEO.TAXI account with SPEECH and an API key. Chrome 116 or later. PRIVACY Audio is sent only to the VIDEO.TAXI SPEECH room you select and is processed there on servers in the EU. The extension itself does not store any recordings. DATENSCHUTZ Der Ton wird ausschließlich an den von dir gewählten VIDEO.TAXI SPEECH Room gesendet und dort auf Servern in der EU verarbeitet. Die Extension selbst speichert keine Aufnahmen.
