I want this extension could auto play a M3U list from an URL without any extension like .m3u. Can this extension do this and how? Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. Just read the wiki on how to use the extension. Just add whatever URL after the # and it would try to read as a m3u list. chrome-extension://opmeopcambhfimffbomjgemehjkbbmji/iptv/player.html#YOUR_URL_HERE
