Overview
Shows the decoded resolution of videos playing on any web page.
Video Resolution Inspector shows the actual decoded dimensions of HTML5 videos, such as 1920 × 1080 or 3840 × 2160. It reads the live video element, not the player size or a quality label, so you can see the resolution currently being played. Click the extension icon to view every video found in the current tab. The popup also indicates whether a video is playing, ready, or still loading. Your privacy matters: Video Resolution Inspector runs locally in your browser. It does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, browsing history, or video content.
