It worked for me perfectly well. You need to click the extension and refresh the page that has the video. It will prompt you to download the video and you are good. I just downloaded a live session from Instagram that was 2 hours long (700MB)

my anti-virus programme also told me, this extension came bearing mal-ware and promptly deleted it so.. ..you be the judge?
