This is great tool. It has downloading option, and streaming the video option, too. I want to talk more about the downloading option. I think, the downloading option downloads multiple small videos of a single large video, by separating the parts of the large video. (for example, like this: 10min:00sec video will be separated by 4-5 sec videos, 10:00 divide by 5 will be 120 separate videos.)
