The extension doesn't recognise logging in and pro features are unable to be turned on. Logging in doesn't do anything. Removing app and reinstalling doesn't help. Don't pay for a membership - I don't know what has happened to this but I'm requesting a refund. It simply doesn't work anymore.

I have the same problem with version 3.31. There is something wrong with the downloaded files. They don't play properly in VLC media player and sometimes they either don't play at all or there is no video stream playing. I hope fix it soon as I am a paying subscriber. It used to be awesome before this and worked for many (not all) sites.

The new update sucks and doesn't work well. Why try to fix something that wasn't broke? The most common issue among programmers. One star until fixed Update: Changing it to 2 stars. So some videos are still downloaded with stutters for some reason. These files seem to be weirdly encrypted or something. I played around with a few video editors and found that processing them with LosslessCut will produce clean files. It is a bandaid fix for now until a new update.

Works really well on most websites

This Chrome extension is great, but I wish it was polished and updated. This was the only extension that could download videos from my desired site. I installed more than 10 different ones, but only this one could download my video. However, it couldn't download the audio, which I had to download using another extension. I'm willing to pay for this, but only if it gets updated.

old version that was removed from chrome works way better than whatever they changed. I enjoy the % it shows in the tab but now the files that are saved are encoded super weirdly and screw with video players massively. The video is watchable kind of but scrubbing through the video causes big issues and some players show numbers in the hundreds of thousands for video length.

Desperately needs better "haptic" feedback when I click the green "Save" button. I can't know for sure if the click is received or I am going to be waiting for nothing to happen. But if I click multiple times I could get multiple redundant files. There should be some way to tell the user that the download will be starting soon, or the click is not received at all, or a retry is necessary.

Just under the Title (Cococut Pro) is MV3 in white letters. My old computer does not have MV3 and Downloads just fine. No longer works!!!!! A movie site I always use, Cococut was awesome. NOW, I Just setup new computer with same setup as my old computer and then added the Cococut extension. Downlload seems normal but all downloads stop at 99 plus % and it reads : 634.7MB 99.89%(Failed to download 1 segments, click to retry). Hello this was working just fine earlier. Now, it is asking to download video seperate and audio seperate. And the audio files has got some errors. And the merge option does not work well. Please bring it back to previous settings. This has been an excellent extension all along
