動画の再生停止や3秒進む/戻るをショートカットキーで制御する拡張機能

この拡張機能ではショートカットキーで動画の再生停止などを制御します。類似の拡張機能はたくさんありますが、これは特に耳コピ用を便利にするものです。以下のコマンドがあります・3秒進む・3秒戻る・再生/停止（停止時は1秒遅延してから停止します）・再生時間を保存・保存した再生時間から再生/停止（停止時は1秒遅延してから停止します）ショートカットキーはchrome://extensions/shortcutsで設定してください
