Chrome extension softphone for Victory CRM — Twilio Voice SDK telephony engine

Victory Softphone is the telephony companion for Victory CRM (victory.clearbridge.com.au). It moves the Twilio Voice SDK into a persistent Chrome background process, ensuring 100% reliable call ringing regardless of which tab is active. Key features: • Incoming calls ring reliably even when Chrome is minimised or CRM tabs are in the background • Answer, reject, hold, transfer, and manage calls from any CRM tab • Custom ringtones per phone number, bundled for instant playback • Automatic token refresh — stays connected all day • Audio device selection (speaker, microphone, ringtone output) • Seamless fallback — CRM works normally without the extension installed This is an internal tool for Clear Bridge Group staff. It requires an active Victory CRM account with a Twilio phone number assigned. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All call data is processed through the existing Victory CRM infrastructure.
