VGLOT helps you follow YouTube videos when the spoken language is unfamiliar or subtitles are missing. It listens to the video you choose and shows the original words alongside a translation in a movable transcript panel. Open a public YouTube video, select the spoken language and the language you want to read, then press Start captions. Move or resize the panel so you can keep the video in view. What you can do with VGLOT: • Read the original speech and translation together. • Follow videos even when they have no YouTube subtitles. • Adjust caption size, weight, and color. • Move the transcript panel to a comfortable place on the page. • Stop captioning whenever you want. VGLOT supports English, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Korean. Source-language auto-detection is available; you can also select the spoken language yourself. Live audio capture begins only after you press Start captions. VGLOT captures audio from the active YouTube tab, not your microphone. Audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription, and caption text is processed through Knoveya and Gemini for translation. Knoveya does not store raw live audio.
