VEXO Escalator 1.0
Overview
P2P AI-Enhanced Communication
VEXO escalator — Elevate Every Connection. VEXO escalator is a new continuity-driven peer-to-peer communication resource currently undergoing testing and development. It employs a forward-facing, multi-modal visual-texting interface. Invite, authenticate, and connect. VEXO reaches for what peer-to-peer communication has yet to deliver. Texting Texting is by far the most widely used and preferred method of digital communication while simultaneously being among the most assumptive. VEXO prioritizes what it sees as the non-negotiable element of peer-to-peer communication: authenticity. Without authenticity, you might as well be speaking to the void. C2C No two cam-to-cam platforms are exactly alike, offering varying degrees of connectivity that can be chaotic, noisy, and difficult to navigate. VEXO’s interface is designed around the forward-facing cam-to-cam experience—a prerequisite for a connected and enterprising world. Social Media We love the world of social media. VEXO hopes to contribute to that world by improving what social media does best. Camera connections become user preferences, allowing participants to connect automatically when they choose, and with whom they choose. Web Browsing As a Chrome Web Extension, VEXO offers a new way to experience the World Wide Web by bringing continuity-driven communication directly into the browser. Conversational Text We realize less is NOT always more, which is why VEXO escalator is much more than another app that sends text messages.VEXO introduces the concept of conversational text—NOT a long string of text bubbles, but a persistent back-and-forth conversation that lasts as long as you want it to, or have more to say. It is another tool that helps us look at HOW we communicate. And that's the difference matters. ⸻ Current Build Specifications (esc_0.0.9) Platform * Chrome Web Extension (Manifest V3) * Google Chrome (Desktop) Authentication * Google Authentication * Invite-based onboarding * Invite code redemption * Persistent authenticated identity Communication * One-to-one communication (1:1) * Forward-facing visual-texting interface * Continuity-driven peer-to-peer communication * Camera/text paired interaction Media * WebRTC peer-to-peer encrypted media * Live camera communication * User-selectable camera behavior Interface * Visual Contact Manager (VCM) * Contact persistence * Invite workflow * Camera/text conversation surface Current Scope * One-to-one communication * Chrome desktop only * Google Authentication * Camera and microphone required for live communication * Internet connection required * Active testing and development for Natalie
