Veterans Benefits Navigator ORACLE is a private, browser-based organizational tool designed to help veterans better understand and organize benefit information available through VA.gov. When a veteran is signed in to VA.gov and chooses to allow access, ORACLE retrieves supported VA data directly from VA.gov and organizes that information into a clear, easy-to-use dashboard. ORACLE CAN HELP YOU: • Review your VA disability rating and service-connected conditions • Organize diagnostic codes, individual ratings, effective dates, and static-status information • Review current and historical VA claims • View appeal information returned by VA.gov • Organize VA claim-letter metadata • Export organized condition and claim information for your own records • Quickly access VA.gov, My HealtheVet, and 38 CFR resources • Use your organized information as a starting point for learning and benefits strategy PRIVACY FIRST ORACLE is designed so your retrieved VA information remains in your browser. This release does not include a Veterans Benefits Navigator server endpoint that receives or stores your VA records. You control whether ORACLE accesses VA data and can clear locally cached information from the Privacy & Data section.
