VESYN 招聘助手是一款帮助 HR 和招聘人员提升招聘效率的浏览器插件。 【主要功能】 在 Boss 直聘候选人详情页/聊天页，插件会在页面上插入一个「VESYN 评估」按钮，点击后可一键调用 VESYN AI 招聘平台对当前候选人的简历进行智能评估，自动对比您在 VESYN 平台设置的招聘标准，给出候选人匹配度分析，无需手动复制简历内容、切换页面比对。 【为什么需要安装】 招聘过程中，HR 通常需要在 Boss 直聘和招聘评估系统之间反复切换、手动复制候选人信息进行比对，效率较低。本插件让您在浏览 Boss 直聘的同时，直接在当前页面完成 AI 评估，评估结果实时显示在页面上，并可在 VESYN 工作台查看完整的候选人档案。 【使用前提】 需要先注册 VESYN 账号（recruit.vesyn.cn）并在平台上设置好招聘标准，安装插件后在插件弹窗/设置页登录账号即可使用。插件仅在您主动点击「VESYN 评估」按钮时读取当前页面的候选人简历内容，不做后台自动采集。
