Vestiarion Invoice Capture turns an invoice in your browser into a draft in your Vestiarion workspace, for you or a colleague to review and add as a bill. Vestiarion is an AI treasury agent that pays bills in USDC on Arc; this extension only captures invoices and sends drafts for review. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect the extension to your Vestiarion workspace. Sign in securely and authorize the connection. No password or API key is shared with the extension. 2. Select invoice text on a supplier portal, in webmail, or in a PDF. Click "Capture selected text" or right-click and choose "Capture invoice with Vestiarion". You can also choose a PDF, TXT, or EML file up to 4 MB. 3. Vestiarion uses its hosted AI service to extract the supplier, invoice number, amount, currency, invoice date, due date, purchase order, and memo. Review the extracted fields and check for missing information. 4. Click "Send draft". The invoice appears under "Captured drafts" in Vestiarion's Bills & receivables section. An owner or admin can review and add it as a bill or discard it. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES NOT DO - Does not automatically create bills, approve payments, transfer funds, or access wallets. - Does not read webpages automatically. Only explicitly selected text or chosen files are captured. - Cannot access existing bills, counterparties, team members, wallets, or API keys. - Communicates only with www.vestiarion.xyz. Invoice content is processed by the hosted DeepSeek AI service under its API terms and privacy policy. - Does not use analytics, advertising, or user tracking. PRIVACY AND SECURITY - Secure workspace authentication using OAuth with PKCE. - No password or API key stored in the extension. - No broad website access permissions. - Invoice files are not retained; only their SHA-256 hashes are stored. - Captured invoices remain drafts until reviewed and added by an authorized workspace member.
