Overview
An extension that allows users to create a Verkada Guest event in Google Calendar.
Whether it’s a small meeting or a large event, Verkada Guest makes visitor management simple. Invite visitors directly from Google Calendar, and Verkada Guest will collect their information ahead of time. Front desk teams get a detailed view of who to expect on-site, while employees are notified once their visitors arrive. When creating an event in Google Calendar, users can link the appointment to Verkada Guest using the Verkada Guest Chrome Extension. This creates a record of the event in Guest that logs relevant meeting details. All invitees are sent registration emails from Verkada Guest after the event is created. Requirements and Setup: Employees must be granted the appropriate role in Verkada Command in order to create Guest events. The minimum role is Guest Site Host, which can be granted by a Workplace Site Admin in Verkada Command. To set up your Verkada Guest account for the first time, create a new Verkada Command organization at https://command.verkada.com. If you have further questions, our support team can be reached at support@verkada.com. Interested in learning more about Verkada Guest?
