Verismo Terraform eForms

Turns on autofill, macros and updates in Terraform eForms for clinics with an active Terraform subscription.

Verismo Terraform eForms is the companion extension for clinics that use Terraform, Verismo Health's certified eForm library for Juno EMR and OSCAR Pro. Once a clinic turns it on for its EMR address, the extension: • Shows which eForms are Terraform-certified, and which version, in the EMR's eForm list and on every open Terraform eForm, and flags forms with a newer certified version. • Turns on autofill and macros in Terraform eForms covered by the clinic's Terraform subscription. • Fills a provider's signature stamp with the signature the clinic uploaded to Terraform when the EMR has none. • Counts Terraform eForm submissions for the clinic's Terraform statements (form names only, never what was typed into the form). • For pain clinics on the Pain clinic plan, builds OHIP claim drafts from the eForm's billing fields (turned on separately in the extension). It does nothing until it is turned on, and then only on the clinic's own EMR address. It never sends what is typed into a form, chart numbers or page addresses.
