Bu Chrome uzantısı, tarayıcınızın WebRTC protokolü üzerinden yerel IP adreslerinizi sızdırmasını engeller. WebRTC, özellikle video ve sesli görüşmelerde kullanılan bir teknolojidir; ancak bazı durumlarda güvenlik açığı oluşturabilir: internet siteleri, VPN kullansanız bile sizin yerel IP adresinizi görebilir. Bu uzantı aşağıdaki güvenlik önlemlerini alır: - Tarayıcının yalnızca genel (public) IP adresinizi kullanmasına izin verir. - Yerel (private) IP adresleri hiçbir şekilde WebRTC bağlantılarında kullanılmaz. - VPN kullanıyorsanız, IP adresi sızıntısı riskini önemli ölçüde azaltır.
