Overview
On 16 CS2 skin marketplaces: where to buy the same item for less. Affiliate links labeled; ranking unchanged.
When you look at a CS2 skin listing on a marketplace, a Veriloot card shows up in the bottom-right corner of the page. It tells you where the same item sells for less, based on the prices Veriloot observes on the marketplaces it compares. What the card shows - "Cheaper on CSFloat: €21.96", with how old that price is, then the price observed on the marketplace you're on and the gap, shown from 1%. - "You're already at the lowest price we found", when that's the case. - "Only price we have", when a single marketplace has a recent price: there's nothing to compare. - For a Doppler, a Fade or a Case Hardened, no amount: the price depends on the phase or pattern, which the name doesn't tell. - "No recent price for this item", when nothing is measured. Never €0. - A button to the marketplace, and "Compare on Veriloot" for the marketplace-by-marketplace detail. Where the prices come from It's the lowest listing price observed on each marketplace that pays in cash, no Steam, no credit. A price is only used if it's recent: one to nine hours depending on the marketplace, and the card always shows its age. Prices quoted in dollars are converted to euros at the European Central Bank's reference rate; the marketplace applies its own rate when you buy. The extension doesn't read the price of the listing you're viewing: it compares observed prices. Where it runs On sixteen marketplaces, including CSFloat, Skinport, DMarket, Waxpeer and market.csgo. The full list is in the privacy policy. Affiliate links Some buttons are affiliate links: if you use one, the marketplace may pay Veriloot a commission. Each one is labeled "affiliate link", right next to the button. The ranking doesn't depend on it: the lowest price stays on top, deal or no deal. The extension never changes a link on the page; it only adds its own, inside its card. What it doesn't do - It doesn't read your cookies, credentials, history or other tabs. - It doesn't sign in to anything and never acts for you: no buying, no selling, no trading. - The only things it sends to Veriloot are the item name on the page and which marketplace the page belongs to. No account needed, and nothing is billed today. Not affiliated with Valve or Steam. None of the marketplaces named sponsors or endorses Veriloot. Counter-Strike, CS2 and marketplace names belong to their owners.
