VerbaPulse checks the text you are writing in Gmail and Outlook on the web and flags compliance risks, off-brand wording, and policy violations before you click send. The control happens at the moment of writing, not after the email has already gone out. What it does: - Highlights risky phrasing inline as you compose: unverifiable promises, regulated-claim language, confidentiality slips, and tone or brand issues. - NDA Guard checks who you are sending to. If confidential information is going to an external recipient with no signed NDA, or to someone whose NDA does not cover that category, VerbaPulse names the recipient and the risk before you send. Recipients on the same company domain are treated as internal and are not flagged. - Suggests a cleaner rewrite for each flagged passage, which you can apply with one click. How it works: - Analysis runs only when you trigger it on an email you are composing. - The composed text is sent to the VerbaPulse API over HTTPS, analyzed, and the results are returned. Email content is processed in memory and is not stored. - You connect the extension once using your VerbaPulse invitation. It is built for teams that already use VerbaPulse. Supported surfaces: Gmail, Outlook on the web (office.com, office365.com, outlook.live.com), and LinkedIn compose.
