Vendrop Catalog & Ordering

Import retailer products, guide Cantaloupe setup, sync opted-in purchase history, and prepare supplier carts for Vendrop orders

Vendrop connects supported retailer pages to the Vendrop vending operations platform. Authorized Vendrop users can: • Import product details from Sam's Club and Costco into the Vendrop catalog. • Refresh supplier pricing, availability, images, and package information. • Prepare supplier carts from Vendrop orders while keeping checkout and payment under the user's control. • Optionally sync recent retailer purchase history after an explicit user action so Vendrop can match previously purchased products to its catalog. • Complete the transport and report-registration steps for a user-started Cantaloupe connection after signing in to SeedLive themselves. The extension works only on the Vendrop web application, supported Sam's Club and Costco pages, and SeedLive during the disclosed Cantaloupe setup workflow. A Vendrop account is required. The extension never submits an order or payment. Users review the supplier cart and complete checkout themselves. It does not read, store, or transmit SeedLive credentials. Purchase-history sync is optional. When started, it sends product identity, quantity, purchase date, and retailer order or line identifiers to the user's Vendrop organization.
