Vend Fraud KPI Stats automates the weekly Fraud Prevention KPI reporting for Vend's Nordic marketplaces - Blocket (SE), FINN (NO), Tori (FI) and DBA (DK). Pick a brand, choose a week, and the extension fetches KPI numbers from the internal moderation and Zendesk tools, lets you review and edit them, then writes them to that brand's Fraud Prevention KPI spreadsheet - replacing a slow manual copy-paste process. For internal use by Vend's Customer Service / Fraud Prevention team only.
