Not Working
We have cleared cookies, logged out and back in but nothing. Goes to a screen that looks like it's about to pull then we get "The window sticker is taking longer than expected, please wait." then "Vehicle not found" message on all vehicles.

It looks like there was an update maybe, as my extension for velocity looks different from before. But now its not loading the window stickers. Can you see if there is an issue with my program?

velocity insight window
Whenever I hover over the VIN on our websites, a blank box comes up. I am not able to view any information on the vehicle from the dealership. I have removed and added, closed browser, etc... This has been going on for several weeks. Everyone else's is working...

loading issues
Window sticker just fails to load for any vehicle. tried reloging in and even redownloaded the extention. Any Fixes ?
