Velobench Shop Essentials is powered by velobench.com and puts your bike shop's daily operations one click away, and adds the tools you need directly into Lightspeed Retail. Sign in with your velobench.com account and the popup gives your team three working tabs: • Bikes — Search the shared bike catalog and your shop's own custom inventory in seconds. Look up specs, pricing, and stock without leaving the page you're on. • Rentals — Manage rental bookings end to end. Filter by status and confirm, check out, return, or cancel reservations in a couple of taps. • Service — See your live work order board with labor and parts lines, and edit internal notes as jobs progress. Working in Lightspeed? Velobench Shop Essentials meets you where you already are: • Waivers from the repair ticket — On Lightspeed repair and customer pages, send a waiver straight to a staff device or open the signing flow in your browser, choosing the right template on the spot. • Reservations in the Service tab — A Reservations panel opens alongside Finished Orders, showing incoming service booking requests so you can approve, deny, or convert them into work orders without switching tools.
