Veillum Guard is a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) extension that protects you from accidentally leaking sensitive information into AI services like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Before your message is sent, Veillum Guard scans it and alerts you if it detects: CREDENTIALS & SECRETS • AWS Access Keys and Secret Keys • Google Cloud (GCP) API Keys • GitHub Personal Access Tokens • JWT Tokens • Private Keys and Certificates PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII) • Credit card numbers • CPF / SSN / National IDs • Email addresses and phone numbers • Password or secret value found in key=value pattern HOW IT WORKS Veillum Guard intercepts your prompt before submission and runs a scan using built-in rules — entirely on your device. No data is ever sent to a server. If a risk is found, a warning overlay appears showing exactly what was detected (masked for safety), so you can review and decide before sending. - 100% local — no data leaves your browser - Works on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini - Great detection rules
