Veedar Audit Recorder

Records auditor + client audio during scheduled interviews and feeds the transcript back into Veedar.

Veedar Audit Recorder records compliance-audit interviews held in a browser meeting and turns them into a transcript inside your Veedar workspace, so the auditor can stay in the conversation instead of taking notes. It is built for auditors who use Veedar (veedar.ai). You need a Veedar account with the auditor role, and interview recording must be enabled for your organisation. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in once through your Veedar account. The extension shows the interviews scheduled for you today. • Open the meeting in a browser tab (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom in the browser or Zoho Meeting), click the Veedar icon on that tab, and press Start recording. • The extension records two sources: the meeting tab, which carries the other participants' voices, and your microphone. Each speaker side is transcribed separately. • The live transcript appears in the extension popup while the interview runs. You can pause and resume, and bookmark important moments. • When you press Stop, the transcript is attached to the interview in Veedar, where it feeds the interview notes and the audit record. PRIVACY • Recording starts only when you click Start and stops when you click Stop. • Audio is sent in short segments to Veedar for speech-to-text and is not stored, by the extension or by Veedar. Only the text transcript is kept, encrypted at rest in your organisation's workspace. • The extension works only with veedar.ai. It does not read other websites, collect browsing history, or contain advertising or analytics. • Make sure every participant knows the interview is being recorded and has agreed, as the law that applies to you may require.
