VEDC PDF Generator is a secure tool that automates the batch creation of personalized student documents directly from a spreadsheet contains students' List. How it works: 1. Upload: Import your blank PDF template and your Excel (.xlsx) student list. 2. Map Data: Select the relevant sheet and columns, then assign student data (like Name and Class) to the document by mapping existing fields or drawing custom text boxes. 3. Generate: Preview a sample to check formatting, then generate individual PDFs for every student at once. The application securely processes all files locally on your machine. It features automatic text-fitting for both Arabic and English, preserves existing files, and neatly organizes the final generated documents into specific class subfolders.
