Overview

Tap into network traffic — one-click copy of any request's URL, headers, payload, and response from a dedicated DevTools panel.

Stop tab-hopping in DevTools just to copy an API call, Error or Response. Vector adds a dedicated tab to Chrome DevTools that captures all your requests and lets you copy the full network lifecycle — URL, headers, payload, and response — without bouncing between the Headers, Payload, and Response tabs. What you get • One-click copy for Headers, Payload, and Response — raw or pretty JSON • Copy block — grab a single repeating item out of a giant list response • Copy as cURL and Copy as a Postman collection • Bearer-token shortcuts — copy with or without the "Bearer" prefix • Live-updating pins — pin an endpoint and watch its response refresh as you re-hit it • Click any response value to highlight it; double-click to copy just that value • In-panel response search, color-coded methods, and a clean activity graph Built for the AI workflow Debugging an API with ChatGPT or Claude? Hit "Copy for AI" and Vector gives you a clean Markdown block built the way an LLM wants it: • A ✅ / ⚠️ / ❌ status verdict up top • Query params decoded (no more %-encoded soup) • Only the headers that matter — browser/sec- noise stripped out • Secrets like auth tokens and cookies auto-redacted so you don't leak them • Huge responses truncated so they don't blow the context window Paste it straight in and ask "why is this failing?" — done. How to use 1. Open Chrome DevTools (F12) and click the "Vector" tab. 2. Trigger requests on the page — they appear in the list. 3. Click a request, then copy any part — or hit "Copy for AI" for the whole thing. Tip — keep Vector pinned: DevTools only shows a few tabs at once. If Vector hides under the » overflow, move a panel you don't use down into the DevTools drawer (the bottom panel) — Vector then stays pinned in the top tab bar. Private by design Vector runs entirely in your DevTools. It does not collect, transmit, or store your data anywhere. Captured requests live only in the panel and clear when you close DevTools.
