VaultGuard — Crypto Transaction Shield
Overview
Simulates transactions before you sign and scores risk 0-100 in plain English. Catches drainers, phishing, and unlimited approvals.
Know what you're signing before you sign it. VaultGuard is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that checks a crypto transaction before your wallet asks you to sign it. HOW IT WORKS When a site requests a transaction or a typed data signature, VaultGuard intercepts it, simulates the outcome, and checks the contract, the counterparty, and the site against live threat intelligence known drainer and scam address lists (GoPlus) and phishing feeds (ScamSniffer, OpenPhish). You get a risk score from 0 to 100 with the specific reasons, before you decide. VaultGuard never signs, never blocks on its own, and never rewrites a request. WHAT IT FLAGS • Unlimited token approvals and setApprovalForAll • Permit and Permit2 signatures what they allow, for how long, and whether the spender is on a drainer list • Contracts and addresses on known drainer, scam, and sanctions lists • Known phishing domains a red banner before you connect, and a critical flag on any transaction from that site • Brand new contracts, transactions that would fail, and assets leaving your wallet with nothing coming back • Sign in messages that name a different site than the one you're on THE DASHBOARD • Every active token approval on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, ranked by risk • Revoke any approval your own wallet signs it • Your scan usage and plan PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY VaultGuard holds no keys. It cannot sign or send transactions and never sees your seed phrase. It runs on every site so it can see wallet requests wherever they happen the same host permission any wallet interception extension needs. To analyze a transaction it sends the transaction details and the site's domain to our API. Nothing else. The privacy policy is written in plain English and linked below. HONEST LIMITS No tool catches everything. A brand-new drainer that isn't in any feed yet can score higher than it should. Simulation shows what a transaction would do now, not what an upgradeable contract might do later. Plain message signatures (personal_sign) can't be scored VaultGuard shows you the message and says so instead of guessing. VaultGuard reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. When in doubt, reject. COMPATIBILITY MetaMask and any EIP-6963 wallet: Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, and most modern browser wallets. Works in Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Arc. PRICING Free: 5 transaction scans per month (resets on the 1st), phishing and signature checks unmetered, approvals dashboard for Ethereum.
