Virginia Appliance Repair internal tools: move data between ServiceBench, Housecall Pro, Encompass, Marcone, and Ply.

VAR Tools is an internal productivity extension for the Virginia Appliance Repair team. It opens in Chrome's side panel and helps staff move job and parts data between the web apps we use every day — with a human review step before anything is written. What it does: • ServiceBench → Housecall Pro: capture a job's customer and appointment details, review them in the side panel, then fill the matching Housecall Pro form. • Parts to Ply: pull a part from a vendor page (Encompass or Marcone), review the details, then fill Ply's "Create New Material" form and paste cost and sale price into the Price & Variants step. How it works: 1. Open a source page and click Grab — the details load into the side panel. 2. Review and edit anything before it's used. 3. Open the destination form and click Fill. Nothing is ever submitted automatically — you always review and save yourself. This extension is built for our own team's internal workflow and only runs on the specific vendor sites we use (Housecall Pro, ServiceBench, Encompass, Marcone, and Ply). It does not collect, sell, or transmit data to any third party — captured information stays in your browser.
