See what a company filed, in a side panel on any stock page: the last filing, what it moved, what is next, key ratios.

Research a company without leaving the page you are on. Press the toolbar button on a page about a US-listed company and a side panel opens with what that company has filed with the SEC, and the ratios that rest on its price: - The last filing, with a link to the document on SEC.gov - What that filing moved, line by line, against the prior comparable period - When the next filing is expected, from the company's own cadence, labelled an estimate because no company has told us - Eight key ratios: P/E, P/B, EV/EBIT, free cash flow yield, return on capital, debt to equity, current ratio and dividend yield Every figure says what kind of fact it is. A figure read from a filing names its fiscal year and the filing it came from. A figure that moves with the price is labelled a market figure and carries the date of the quote. A figure we do not hold reads n/a, never zero. A figure that exists and means nothing, a P/E on negative earnings, reads n/m and says so. Works on SEC EDGAR company and filing pages, Yahoo Finance, Seeking Alpha, Finviz and StockAnalysis. Anywhere else, type a ticker. Part of the Serious plan. Paste your own key once, from Settings in the app. PRIVACY No analytics, no tracking, no remote code. It cannot read the pages you visit: it asks for no permission on any site but our own and injects no script. When you press the button, and only then, the browser hands it the address of that one tab, it reads the ticker out of it, and asks our API for that company's figures with your key. Your key is kept in this browser and sent to our API alone; "Forget the key" removes it. No cookies are sent. Answers are held in memory for ten minutes and are gone when the browser closes.
