Overview
Pre-commit verification — catches booking errors before they cost money.
Validera is a pre-commit verification tool for insurance claim handlers who book temporary accommodation on behalf of claimants. When an agent is working in their ticket management system (e.g. Zammad) and switches to a booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com), Validera automatically: - Extracts the claim requirements: budget limits, stay dates, guest details, accessibility needs - Compares those requirements against the booking the agent is about to make - Issues a clear verdict: pass, warn, or block — with specific reasons for any issues Common errors Validera catches: - Booking exceeds the authorised nightly or total budget - Check-in date doesn't match the claim - Guest name doesn't match the claimant - Property doesn't allow pets when the claim includes pets - Stay exceeds the maximum authorised nights All verification is instant and non-intrusive. Results appear in a side panel alongside the booking page. Agents can override warnings with a documented reason, creating an audit trail for compliance. Built for insurance operations teams. Requires a Validera account — contact your administrator or visit validera.io to learn more.
