Overview
See an offline romanization of Devanagari words by hovering over them.
Vacha helps you read Devanagari words by showing a Roman-letter rendering when you hover over them. It runs locally and works offline. Features: - Supports Marathi, Hindi, Nepali, and Sanskrit (IAST). - Automatically chooses language rules from the page language and nearby text, with Marathi as the fallback. - Copy a word's romanization from the hover card. - Click the toolbar icon to turn Vacha on or off. A red ON badge shows when it is enabled. - Right-click the toolbar icon and choose Settings… to select language rules. Vacha processes page text on your device and does not send it to a server. Your enabled state and selected language rules are saved in local extension storage.
