VA Buddy Auto Apply helps you manage job applications from Your VA Buddy in one place. Use the toolbar popup for account checks, application setup, and live logs, or open the dashboard for résumé details, unanswered questions, and application history. FEATURES • Find jobs by source and role keywords, with optional title exclusions. • Prepare OnlineJobs.ph applications using your active VA Buddy Letters CV and generated cover letter. • Complete supported LinkedIn Easy Apply forms using the résumé already selected on LinkedIn. • Reuse saved contact details and answers to the same screening questions. • Read supported explicit facts from a text-based PDF résumé locally. Questions without a supported answer remain available for your input. • Set daily application-attempt limits, letter-credit limits, apply-point limits, and a delay between applications. • Run manually or schedule daily, every-other-day, or weekly scans while your browser is open and your computer is awake. • Set optional hourly and monthly minimum pay filters. Leave them blank to include any offer. • View confirmed sends separately from attempts, review application history, and collect external links from inspected OnlineJobs.ph postings. YOU CONTROL SENDING Choose “Prepare one, then review” or automatic sending. Automatic mode can send real applications and spend credits or apply points within your configured limits. Optional OnlineJobs.ph overrides allow native applications despite external-form requests, special instructions, or prerequisite tasks; they do not complete those external requirements. REQUIREMENTS Sign in to Your VA Buddy, VA Buddy Letters, and your selected job website in the same Chrome profile. Your VA Buddy job links require an account with purchased-course access. OnlineJobs.ph letter generation requires an active CV and VA Buddy Letters credits; applications may also use OnlineJobs.ph apply points. LinkedIn uses native Easy Apply only and the résumé you select there. Keep the dashboard tab open during a run. DATA AND LIMITATIONS Settings, extracted résumé text, saved answers, and application history are stored locally in the extension. Application information is sent to the supported websites when you use the application workflow. No external AI service is used for local résumé extraction. This is a local pilot. Form support varies, and unfamiliar questions or required documents may need manual input. An attempt does not guarantee a successful submission. Unconfirmed sends are not automatically retried.
