Quality of life improvement to allow University of Washington students to access papers from the off-campus website.

Enables University of Washington students, researchers, and staff to access academic papers from the off campus digital libraries seamlessly. When visiting a supported digital library, the extension will replace the link to view the paper's PDF with the proper off-campus link so you don't have to visit the off-campus version of the website. You just click on the button like you usually would inside UW!
