Runs a deal's NY court searches in your own browser and files the scored results back onto the deal in UW MCA.

UW MCA — Court Verification Helper is a companion tool for underwriters using the UW MCA application. When reviewing a commercial funding application, an underwriter checks New York State court records for the applicant business and its owner. Done by hand, that means retyping each name into the court's public search page, reading the results, and working out which cases actually belong to the applicant. With this helper installed, UW MCA does that work for you. On your click, it opens the New York State Courts public search (NYSCEF), runs the searches for the business and owner names on the deal, reads the results, scores which cases are likely the same party, and files them back onto the deal in the app. Key points: • Runs only when you click — nothing happens automatically in the background. • Only interacts with two sites: the New York State Courts public search and the UW MCA app. • Reads only the public court results a person would see; it stores no data of its own. • Does not collect, sell, or transmit personal information anywhere else. This extension is intended for UW MCA users. Without the UW MCA application, it has nothing to do.
