Utility Multi Tool adds a slim toolbar to the edge of your screen, right next to the scrollbar. Hover over it to open your tools. Pin the panel to keep it open, or expand it to a large view when you need more room. On Chrome's own pages, such as the New Tab page, the extension icon opens the same tools in Chrome's side panel. PROJECT AND TIME TRACKER • Projects and tasks, one running task at a time, with its time shown on the toolbar • A time budget for each task, with an over-time mark and an optional alert • Focus mode (Pomodoro) on the running task: work and break cycles you can adjust, with the breaks recorded for you • General breaks or breaks within a task, with an optional reminder • Notes for every task and every session • Add or edit sessions by hand • A daily log, a weekly chart, a yearly heatmap and a daily goal • Optional hourly rates per project or task, in your currency, with one switch that hides all amounts • Export to Excel, and print a report or save it as PDF • Idle detection: when you come back to your computer, choose whether the time away counts • Templates for task lists you use again and again • Archive, search and undo STOPWATCH • Laps, with the fastest and slowest highlighted • Precision of 0.01 s, 0.1 s or whole seconds • Copy your laps in one click BACKUPS YOU CONTROL • An automatic daily copy inside your browser, kept for 30 days • Optional automatic backup to a folder on your computer or to your Google Drive.
