UserTold records that browser tab and your microphone while you explore. • Follow your own plan or import a prepared task list. • Keep recording as you navigate, reload the page, or close the side panel. • Review the recording and jump to task timestamps. • Download your video and task log. • Open an invitation and send your recording directly to its organizer, without an account. • Sign in to upload standalone recordings to your own UserTold project. Recording starts only after your explicit consent and action. The website being reviewed needs no installation. Recordings stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the extension. For invitations, Finish & send recording automatically sends a copy and task progress to the organizer’s fixed project. The organizer can analyze it and share a viewing link. No participant account is needed. Standalone uploads require your own account. Chrome desktop only. Protected Chrome pages cannot be recorded. Closing Chrome ends the recording; the saved portion remains available.
