Userlytics WebRecorder

The extension does not work I always get rejected and they say its my internet even though I test my internet everytime. I know its the extension because the one time it said the extension was not working right. I do test for other sites and do not have trouble this is the only one I have trouble with. It sucks because the pay would be good if I actually got paid. I did a test for someone else today right after I did 2 on here and they had no problem but the 2 on here both rejected. It is not... Almost unusable. This extension is HORRIBLE. It constantly freezes and overloads itself. Even on an M3 MacBook Air with 24 GB RAM, it somehown finds a way to freeze and often even just crash. And it somehow gets WORSE with every update.

The Userlytics Web Recorder works well. The video and audio quality seems good.
