Sign in at my.uscis.gov 2. Open the page containing your cases 3. Click the Case Clarity extension 4. Select your cases 5. Click “Run check” Case Clarity will display the available case information in a format that is easier to understand. ### Important notice Case Clarity is an independent, unofficial developer tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or the Department of Homeland Security. Case Clarity does not provide legal advice, does not submit immigration forms, and cannot change or speed up a USCIS case. Always rely on official USCIS notices for appointment times, addresses, filing requirements, deadlines, and legal decisions. Case Clarity has one purpose: to help a user understand the status information returned for the user’s own USCIS cases while the user is signed in to my.uscis.gov. The extension detects or accepts USCIS receipt numbers, performs a user-initiated case check, converts the returned case data into readable summaries, and optionally stores changed responses locally so the user can review case history.
