See your Claude.ai usage at a glance, right on your browser toolbar. Usage Monitor for Claude shows your current usage as a colored percentage badge on the extension icon, the way Gmail shows your unread count. You no longer need to open the Claude.ai usage page every few hours to check how close you are to your limit. ━━━ WHAT'S NEW IN 1.7.1 ━━━ • Matches the redesigned Claude.ai usage page: weekly limit plus per-model limits (for example "Weekly (Fable)") • Only shows the limits the usage page shows. Internal fields no longer appear as extra bars. • A limit that has just reset shows 0%, not the old figure from before the reset • Plan name matches Claude.ai (for example "Ultra") • Sharper, centered icon ━━━ FEATURES ━━━ 🔢 USAGE BADGE Your current usage % on the toolbar icon. The badge follows your session limit when your plan has one, and your weekly limit otherwise. The color shows how close you are: 🟢 Green: below your warning level (default 70%) 🟡 Yellow: at or above your warning level 🔴 Red: at or above your critical level (default 90%) 📊 LIMITS AT A GLANCE Click the icon to see the same limits as the Claude.ai usage page: • Session limit (when your plan has one) • Weekly limit for all models • Per-model weekly limits • Time until each limit resets • Your plan name 📈 WEEKLY USAGE BY PRODUCT See how this week's usage splits across Claude Code, Chats, Cowork and other products. This is shown for information only and does not count toward the badge or alerts. 🚨 SERVICE STATUS Live status from status.claude.com shows whether Claude.ai, the Claude API and Claude Code are working. You get a notification when a new incident is reported. 🔔 NOTIFICATIONS • Alert when your usage crosses your warning or critical level • Alert when Anthropic reports a new incident • Turn each type on or off separately ⏱️ AUTO-REFRESH Updates every minute by default. You can set any interval from 1 to 60 minutes. 🔐 PRIVACY • Uses the Claude.ai session already in your browser. Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar 2. Log in to claude.ai if you are not logged in already 3. Click the icon, then "Open Usage Page" once. The extension finds your plan's usage data automatically. 4.
