Is there any way to download the older version? No matter what options I try I cannot get it to work the way it did before.
SixciousDeveloperOct 23, 2024
Hi Garrett, what worked in the older version that isn't working in the current version? I can't really help without knowing what the problem is. The reviews platform lacks notifications so I put a Report an Issue button in the app so you can report any problems. Could you please give me a chance to help you by opening an issue on GitHub? Sigh I used to love this until they upgraded it to no longer decrement. Now I have to find something else to use.
SixciousDeveloperSep 11, 2024
Hi Erin, That definitely doesn't sound right. URLI should still be able to decrement URLs using both the buttons and shortcuts. Could you open an issue on GitHub so I can try and help you? Here's the link: https://github.com/sixcious/url-incrementer/issues

Found a suitable workaround for inter-extension use cases. Extension is still awesome. dev: I completely forgot about the discord thing and I apologize for that, and I did not see it. No fault of yours as I just don't use discord often.

Hi Christopher, I replied to your post on the URLI Discord; let me know if you didn't see it!

it works great but it hasnt been updated in years! it could of been amazing! it needs A-Z incrementing which you can't do just that alone. custom list incrementing would be incredible.

Hi TikTok, I'm in the process of updating URLI, but the change to Manifest V3 is a really major change that requires a *lot* of time, unfortunately. If you open an issue on GitHub, I'd be happy to help show you how to get what you want -- alphabet-only and custom list incrementing -- in the meantime!

WOW! What a great extension, it is totally "Underrated" and completely underestimated! It is kept very simple, but the features are convincing! Not like other "fully loaded" extensions! Even though I'm "actually" not the fan of so "old-fashioned" or "Windows XP" look, it's totally fine with this app! After all, it doesn't have an "interface" that you need. It scrolls each page for you, it also scrolls with "shortcuts" and it does it extraordinarily well! If it doesn't work for a page, you ca... Show more

Seems to work well. Funny choice of an example url to show on the extension page

I no longer use my programmable Logitech mouse to control your extension and I currently use the Logitech G504 Hero mouse. I was using the G403 before. Plus I never liked the backwards +/ - configuration. It's backwards. We read left to right so why is the + on the left and the - on the right. The version of this URL incrementer on Firefox before Quantum was much better and smarter as we could program it to look for the modifer beside the image file and not keep auto selecting the first or l... Update: I did some testing on this and downloaded the Logitech Gaming Software 9.00.42 while using a Logitech G9 mouse. In the "Command Editor" for the mouse button, can you make sure you are using the "Multikey Macro" option and record the key combination, not the "Keystroke" option? The reason is that Logitech's "Keystroke" option does not seem to be sending key modifier events (e.g. event.altKey) on keyup that URLI's Internal Shortcuts look for. But, if you really need to use the "Keystroke" option, it does work with Chrome Shortcuts, but I noticed the Chrome shortcuts will sometimes fire multiple times if you accidentally hold down the key/button too long, so you have to be careful. URLI's Internal Shortcuts only listen for keyup events (not keydown), so it will only fire once no matter how long you hold the key/button down. So, I think the best option is to use the Internal Shortcuts and the Logitech Multikey Macro. Apologies once again for the inconvenience and really hope you find a working solution!

Really excellent. I had to reinstall for some reason - wasn't working the first time. But then it did. Lots of great functionality.

This is exactly what I needed and its very flexible. I have saved using multiple steps to select a field in a URL to inc/dec for faster browsing. Thank you!
