URL Auto Refresh keeps the pages you care about up to date automatically, on a schedule you control. Pick a page, choose how often it should reload, and it refreshes on its own from then on. Unlike domain-wide refreshers, it matches the exact URL you add, so reloading one dashboard never touches a different page on the same site. Everything is managed from a single compact dropdown. Add the page you're on, set an interval in seconds, minutes, or hours, and you're done. Each tracked page shows a live countdown to its next refresh, and a green badge marks any tab that's actively refreshing.
