Question about Features

I'm considering using your chrome extension and have a few questions:
1. Can I use this for my agency vs individual freelancer?
2. I can program pre set answers for the follow up questions?
3. Sometimes Upwork will block / freeze my account when I apply for a lot of jobs in a short period of time. Does your chrome extension allow for a time setting to only submit after 30-60 seconds between jobs?
