The tricky part is you don't feel it happening because your sense of "straight" quietly drifts along with you. Upright watches for that drift through your webcam and gives you a quiet nudge the moment you slip from your own baseline, entirely on your own device. WHAT IT DOES The floating capsule: a small indicator that sits in the corner of any tab. Green, amber, or red, glanceable without breaking focus. A streak with no small print: open the camera on a given day, even briefly, and that day counts. Miss one and it resets. No hidden minimums, no monetized streak freeze. A real breakdown: every session ends with the actual numbers behind your score, neck angle, torso lean, shoulder tilt, head pitch and roll, and gaze, each with an average and a worst reading in degrees. A little to do list: since you are already checking in once a day, add a few tasks and check them off right there. See what it sees: an optional live preview shows the exact points it is tracking, so calibration is never a guess. Ten languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, and Russian, switchable anytime from the popup. HOW IT WORKS Calibrate once by sitting the way you actually sit when you are doing it right. Upright records that as your baseline, not some textbook ideal. From there, a pretrained vision model tracks your head, neck, and shoulders on device, entirely inside your browser. When you drift past your baseline, the capsule nudges you. Correct, and it settles back down. YOUR PRIVACY, BY CONSTRUCTION Every frame from your camera is read, measured, and immediately discarded. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is sent anywhere, because the extension makes no network requests at all. There is no account, no server, and no analytics.
