Upnotify watches the Upwork jobs you care about and notifies you on your desktop when a new match appears. Save a search once on upnotify.co (paste an Upwork search URL or build filters). The Upnotify server checks for new jobs on a polite schedule. This extension only talks to Upnotify — it never logs into Upwork or reads other websites.
