Prepare images before they upload, on your device. UploadTune is a beta Chrome extension for standard file inputs. Browser E2E verifies direct replacement in plain HTML, React remount, Vue, Angular, Svelte, open and late-attached shadow DOM, and same-origin frames. It prepares the images you select locally and can return a re-encoded file to that input. When direct replacement is unavailable, use the Toolbox tab to create a file and upload it manually. - Resize by max width/height, crop, or square (fit / cover / padding + background color) - Compress JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF with quality and max-bytes targeting where supported - Remove metadata from newly re-encoded output; unchanged files are not modified - Convert formats and rename files with templates - Built-in presets for general use, web development, CMS, ecommerce, and social uploads - Toolbox tab for manual preparation without website access - One-click setup that automatically applies safe balanced optimization on a chosen website Privacy first: every image is processed locally in your browser. Image bytes, filenames, and page content are never sent to our servers. The Free plan requires an account: 10 images per UTC week, batches of up to 5, automatic balanced optimization on 3 exact websites, and optional tab-only review sessions. Pro ($2.99/month, when beta billing is available) unlocks unlimited processing, 100-image batches, unlimited one-click websites, drop interception, custom presets, advanced output rules, and longer local history. Account and quota disclosure: if you create or sign in to an account, Supabase stores your email, authentication record, user ID, aggregate weekly image and byte totals, and subscription status solely to provide sign-in, enforce the Free allowance, and verify Pro access. UploadTune does not send image files, filenames, enabled website origins, page URLs, or page content to Supabase. The verified beta scope is standard file inputs in the browser-E2E environments above. Arbitrary proprietary uploaders, closed shadow roots, and cross-origin frames are not compatibility guarantees; drag-and-drop is best effort when enabled for Pro.
